Commandos 3 – HD Remaster has been unveiled and will be released in September. The HD Remaster of Commandos 3 has been announced, with a September release date.

Commandos 3 – HD Remaster will be released in September, according to publisher Kalypso Media. The restoration of the iconic real-time tactics game will be available as a day one release on Steam and PC Game Pass.

Commandos 3 – HD Remaster is advertised as having "reworked 3D models and textures, enhanced controls, and polished UI" on its Steam website. There's also a gallery of screenshots to give you a better idea of what the remaster looks like.

It's clear from these pictures that developer Raylight Games has upgraded the aesthetics while staying true to the original design. Commandos 3 – HD Remaster promises "iconic WWII campaigns" spanning three key frontlines in terms of substance.

Although Raylight Games did not create Commandos 3, it has prior expertise with the franchise. In 2020, it co-developed Commandos 2 – HD Remaster with Yippee Entertainment, and the game was positively reviewed. 

However, one of the most popular complaints about that game is that it is buggy. Raylight should have resolved any notable problems by the time Commandos 3 HD Remaster is released.
