So I'm just going to go onto the App Store and download the app. And while it is downloading, I'm going to go back onto the list of apps and choose a second app. And I'm going to repeat the process by downloading that app as well.

So I'm going to go ahead and get this app fitness and workout, it's as simple as that, all I have to do is download these two apps and run them for at least 30 to 60 seconds.

That's the amount of time I like to spend. Some people like to spend a minute, some people like to spend 30 over 60.

But regardless, all you have to do is download these two apps and

run them for at least that amount of time.

So I'm just going to go to my home screen and give it a minute for these two apps to download.
